Looking for someone to share my apartment in the 17ème arrondissement of Paris from the start of November until early January.
The apartment is split between two floors & the space I'm looking to let out is the upstairs loft space (seen in pics 1 & 2). Downstairs there is also a communal living space (pic 3) as well as a shared bathroom and kitchen. My living space (shown in the 4th photo) is also downstairs.
There is no door separating the upstairs from the downstairs, so it's really important that there is a friendly & comfortable atmosphere in the apartment, because it's really one big space.
Monthly rent is 600€ (then per diem for January at this same rate). I'm also open to letting the space on a part time basis, so please feel free to suggest whatever could work for you.
A bit about me - I am a 37 artist from Edinburgh in Scotland, working with the written word, images and music. I work in a boulangerie from 7am to 3pm five days a week, and I have Sundays and Mondays off. I value tranquility and cleanliness a lot, and my ability to work full time & make my artwork depends on my taking good care of myself and my home. I love talking, and am really interested to get to know whoever takes the room, but I also need a lot of quiet time.
My ideal flatmate is someone who is comfortable in themselves, enjoys keeping their living space clean and tidy, and cares about creating a warm & safe living environment.
