Subletting my room in a communal house in West Amsterdam from 05 July - 09 August -I might extend the date till 16 August. I'm looking for a likeminded friend who can replace me in the harmonious communal house the room is located.
Luminous room, 3rd floor :
05 July - 09 August: 500 €
05 July - 16 August: 600 €
In the room, you'll have a sink and a bed on top of a platform. A table and a chair to work, and an armchair to read!
You will need to share the kitchen, toilet, bathtub, shower & washing machine with the other inhabitants of the house.
There are currently 3 musicians, 1 dancer, 1 actress, 1 journalist, 1 film director are living in the house.
The building is located 5 min away from Rembrandt Park, 10 min away from Vondelpark by foot. Amsterdam Forest is 15 minutes away by bike and the Central Station is 25 min by tram number 17.
Dates are flexible, but I can sublet it for +3 weeks.
