3' walk to Place Liedts, 5' walk to Gare du Nord, 10`walk to Josaphat park, 2`walk to St. Lukas University, 10` minute bike ride to downtown Brussels.
Furthermore, a very good tram connection 25, 94, 3/4, and everything you need literally just around the corner or within walking distance
